Mr. Stathis baked some fresh bread at home for the class. Good healthy Whole Wheat and Rye Bread with walnuts and Almonds in it. The Children learned why fresh whole wheat bread (and rye) is so much healthier than white bread.
Everyone loved the taste! They had a choice of honey or pure maple syrup on top.
